k has a varied and non-traditional life in dance. k performed as an exotic dancer at various clubs in Las Vegas, NV, including Spearmint Rhino, has worked at other private clubs and events, and has taught private dance and yoga lessons and hosted ecstatic dance containers and workshops across the world, including at Kinetic Arts in Tucson, AZ, and Kinship Yoga and The Humbled Body in Los Angeles, CA, and various festivals, including Descend on Bend. k has also competed in numerous afro & freestyle dance competitions including Redbull Dance Your Style in Los Angeles and Community Dance Battles in Mexico City.

k is looking forward to training with Gil the Grid and Amenti Movement for a 2-week program at the Yoga Barn in Bali, Indonesia in December 2025. 

k struggled as a child in choreographed dance classes and found home in adulthood as a street performer. k believes that everyone can dance and strives to support individuals in achieving a freedom from fear by constructing containers without judgment, critique, or constraint.
